Perch – a predatory flock of fish, leading a daily lifestyle, is distributed almost everywhere. In the catches of spinning chernozem lands most often found individuals up to 500 grams in weight. Larger specimens are rare.
Going for a perch, it is desirable to have a class 1 or 2 spinning rod 1.80-2.50 meters long with a soft sensitive tip, which allows you to better control the behavior of the baits in the water and make a soft cut. The most suitable for this purpose are hollow carbon-fiber spinning rods with a plug or telescopic connection (“Daiwa” CC-80A, “Daiwa” 276 D-25). They are light enough, durable, practical and allow you to cast light bait over a long distance. Domestic monolithic fiberglass spinning rods are much heavier than carbon fiber ones and, as a rule, have a hard structure, but are unpretentious in operation. Continue reading
